In May 2010, Payzone commenced shipping SIM packs to
its UK merchant base. Having had discussions with a number of potential
supplies, Payzone selected Elite Mobile as its supplier having total
reassurance of Elite's commitment to provide the infrastructure needed
to support our estate of both Head Office accounts and Independent
merchants.
Elite and Payzone have worked closely together on the
reporting suite and jointly we have developed an un-rivalled order
processing, order tracking, re-ordering and activation reporting suite.
Elite has allowed Payzone to extend the SIM offering far beyond our
initial expectations and we have currently some 10,000+ outlets now
selling the SIM offering from Payzone/Elite.
In the time we have
worked together, we have also developed a strong business relationship
which has resulted in a wider partnership and additional products are
planned out-with SIMS for imminent delivery to our merchant base. In
less than a year they (Elite) have become an integral, valued part of
Payzone's operation.
Service levels are exceptionally high, backed by
sophisticated processes and systems that have allowed us to fully
outsource SIM Distribution function as well as handling many ad-hoc
requests.
